Did the harvest begin later than usual this year???......
The weather was a little bit wobbly, temperatures were below normalin July,
which means a slower ripening of the grapes.
But August has become hot, in fact extra-hot . So on the 25th of August
we have began to harvest.
Lets start with Sangiovese, to create our “Albachiara 2011”.
